Care
The care product you use depends on the severity of your acne and on the type of treatment you are undergoing. If you are using medical treatment for acne, Eucerin DERMOPURE Adjunctive Soothing Cream helps to alleviate some of the symptoms such as intense dryness. It should be applied five minutes after your medication so the treatment can absorb fully. If you have mild to moderate acne, but are not undergoing medical acne treatment, use a soothing and mattifying moisturiser such as Eucerin DERMOPURE Mattifying Fluid in the morning and evening. For clearer and smoother-looking skin over time, you may also like to incorporate our skin renewal treatment into your routine. It is suitable for all blemish-prone skin that is not undergoing medical acne treatment and should be used once a day only − ideally in the evening. You can use it before the mattifying fluid or on its own.
Sun protection
Sun protection is an important step in your morning routine. Blemishes can cause pigmentation issues if over-exposed to the sun, and acne medications can make blemish-prone skin even more sensitive to UV rays. Eucerin Sun Gel-Creme Oil Control Dry Touch SPF30 and SPF50+ offers the levels of protection that your skin needs and should be applied before your cover-up and make-up. If you’re applying sun protection after a topical acne treatment wait five minutes to allow the treatment to fully absorb.
Concealer and make-up
Cover blemishes and even out skin tone with foundation and/or a concealer. Choose products that are non-comedogenic (i.e. that will not block pores) and, ideally, ones that contain ingredients that work to improve the condition of blemish-prone skin. Be sure to remove all make-up before you go to bed.

La Licochalcona A es un potente ingrediente antioxidante y calmante de la piel. Se deriva de la raíz de la planta del regaliz chino (Glycyrrhiza Inflata) que usa compuestos naturales para proteger sus células de exposición solar excesiva.

Las ceramidas son lípidos importantes en la película hidrolipídica (que protege las capas externas de la piel). Producidas naturalmente en la piel sana, ellas refuerzan la barrera cutánea ayudando a prevenir la pérdida de humedad debida a la evaporación y manteniendo alejados los irritantes que pueden causar inflamación y picor. Cuando los niveles de ceramida de la piel disminuyen, la barrera cutánea se ve afectada. La piel puede empezar a perder agua y volverse seca e irritada.

El dexapantenol, que se deriva del ácido pantoténico (también denominado vitamina B5), es un agente hidratante sumamente efectivo que mejora la hidratación de la capa más externa de la piel, reduce la pérdida transepidérmica de agua y mantiene la suavidad y la elasticidad de la piel.
El dexapantenol mejora la regeneración y la reparación de la piel. Se ha demostrado que mejora de manera considerable los síntomas de la piel irritada como la sequedad, rugosidad, descamación y rojez cuando se aplica con regularidad.
¿Qué contiene?
La fórmula contiene 3 agentes compensatorios:
- Ceramidas: Que entregan una hidratación intensiva y mejoran la barrera protectora de la piel.
- Licochalcona A: Contiene propiedades anti inflamatorias que ayudan a aliviar el enrojecimiento de la piel.
- Symsitive: Alivia las irritaciones directamente en la raíz, al reducir la capacidad de respuesta de las fibras nerviosas.
¿Cómo Protege la piel frente irritantes externos?
Mantiene el pH de la piel al no poseer agentes alcalinizantes. Alivia la sequedad y tiene una acción antioxidante. No es fotosensibilizante.
¿Está indicado en tratamientos de imperfecciones?
Sí. Especialmente para compensar efectos secundarios de tratamientos orales.
¿Cómo se usa?
Usar todo los días por las mañanas o con la frecuencia que necesites . Aplicar con un suave masaje preferentemente después de la limpieza facial . También se puede aplicar en otras áreas afectadas.
